- 将 1 号活塞放在压缩冲程的上止点。 请参阅测试和调整, "确定 1 号活塞上止点位置"以了解正确的步骤。
注: 找到压缩冲程上止点后不要拆下正时销。
- 通过燃油泵齿轮孔和轮毂中的槽插入 150-3992 正时销 。 将正时销完全按入喷油泵体中的孔中。

- 当所有三个正时销就位时，燃油泵正时正确。
注: 如果 150-3992 正时销 无法按入喷油泵体中，则必须在轮毂和喷油泵轴上重新对准燃油泵齿轮。
注: 一些 Bosch VP30 喷油泵没有锁紧螺钉。 有关检查喷油泵的步骤，按照步骤 3.a 至 3.c。
- 从发动机前面望去顺时针方向转动轮毂 (5) 。

- 正时销安装后，喷油泵的正时正确。 喷油泵可通过机械方式与发动机具有正时对应关系。
注: 不要将螺母 (4) 从喷油泵上松开。 喷油泵上的轮毂 (5) 出厂时安装在轴上，以确保喷油泵处于正确正时位置。 如果螺母 (4) 松开且轮毂移动，将喷油泵安装在发动机上前，需要由授权经销商将轮毂精确地安装到喷油泵上。
- 拆下所有三颗正时销，然后安装拆下的部件。
