Specific Connection Diagrams
This book contains the connection diagrams for most of the variations of options that are possible on a particular generator set. The selection table and the following procedure should be used in order to determine the specific connection diagram that applies to the particular customer installed options on a generator set. From the selection table and the following procedure, a schematic code is obtained. This schematic code will identify the correct schematic to use.
Identifying the Schematic
- See the following selection table. Select one item from each section. Mark an X in the check box that corresponds to the particular options of the generator set that is being serviced.
- Transfer the section code for each marked check box of the selection table to the corresponding section in the section code table. This combination of numbers is now referred to as the schematic code. This schematic code identifies the correct schematic.
- Find the corresponding schematic code in this book. The code will be followed by the appropriate schematic.
