Flow Control Valve

Usage:

Remove Flow Control Valve

1. Remove floor plates from machine.

2. Remove the return spring (3) for the accelerator linkage.

3. Remove oil lines (1) and (2) from the control valve.

4. Disconnect oil line (4) from the valve. Disconnect oil line for steering valve.

5. Remove the two bolts that hold valve to support. Remove the flow control valve.

Install Flow Control Valve

1. Put the flow control valve in position on support. Install the fastening bolts.

2. Connect the inlet oil line to the valve.

3. Connect oil line for steering valve.

4. Install the two oil lines that connect control valve to power cylinder.

5. Install the floor plates on machine.

Disassemble Flow Control Valve

start by:

a) remove flow control valve

1. Remove the elbows, fittings and seals from valve body.

2. Remove plug (1) from body. Remove valve spool (2), spring (3), ring (5) and retainer (4).

3. Remove the O-ring seals from retainer (4) and plug (1).

4. Remove the fitting (8), valve (7), and spring (6) from valve body.

Assemble Flow Control Valve

1. Clean all parts before assembly.

2. Put the O-rings on the plug and retainer.

3. Install the valve spool and plug in valve body. Install the spring, retainer and ring.

4. Install the spring (1), valve (2), and fitting (3) in valve body.

5. Install the seals for the fittings and elbows.

6. Install the fittings and elbows on valve body.
