Remove LH rear engine enclosure panel. Locate nylon clip on ARD Head Coolant Lines and remove bolt. Discard bolt but retain washer for reuse. Inspect 374-0636 Coolant Line to insure it is not resting on engine block. Inspect 374-0635 Coolant Line to ensure it does not contact rear panel. |

Adjust 374-0636 Coolant Line to ensure it has 15mm clearance from engine block, and adjust rear coolant line (374-0635) to ensure it does not contact rear panel. Install 116-4415 Plate over nylon clip using 9X-2480 Bolt and washer. Tighten to 5 Nm. Install LH rear engine enclosure panel. |
