千万不要折弯吊环螺栓和支架。 吊环螺栓和支架只能承受张力负荷。 要记住当支承构件和物体之间的角度小于90°时，吊环螺栓的承载能力变小。 当必须在某一角度搬移部件时，只能使用具有适当额定载荷的铰链架。 |
使用起重机搬移重的部件。 使用一个可以调节的吊粱起吊发动机。 所有的承载构件(链条和钢丝绳)应互相平行。 链条和钢丝绳与被吊物的上部尽可能保持垂直。
只应使用吊耳来承载发动机本身的重量。 某些发动机可能需要将吊耳固装到发动机上。 有关针对您的发动机应用情况的适当的工具，请参阅拆解与组装手册。 使用适当的工具使您能够获得发动机的正确平衡以便安全拆下发动机。
吊耳是为特定的发动机配置而设计和安装的。 改动吊耳和/或发动机会使吊耳和吊具不适合改动后的情况。 如果对吊耳和/或发动机作过改动，则应确保提供合适的起吊装置。 有关发动机正确起吊的吊具资料，请与卡特彼勒代理商联系。
