使用以下步骤安装排气歧管和波纹管：
- 为避免损坏波纹管，请单独装配与拆卸排气歧管段。 可从波纹管法兰的任意一侧装配螺栓和螺母。
- 装配前，在所有螺纹上涂抹 5P-3931 防咬合剂 。
- 将排气歧管 (1) 装配到缸盖。 用手上紧螺栓。
- 将波纹管 (2) 装配到排气歧管和涡轮增压器。 用手上紧螺栓。
- 拧紧将歧管固定到缸盖的螺栓 (3) 。
扭矩 ... 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft)
- 拧紧其余的波纹管螺栓 (4) 。
扭矩 ... 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft)
(5) 螺栓 ... 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft)
(6) 适配器 ... 200 ± 25 N·m (150 ± 18 lb ft)
(7) 适配器 ... 200 ± 25 N·m (150 ± 18 lb ft)
