Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Release the hydraulic system pressure

1. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

2. Remove cover assembly (1).

3. Remove bolts (5) in order to disconnect tube assemblies (7). Remove bolts (3) and reposition hose assembly (4). Remove bolts (2) and check valve (6).

Installation Procedure

1. Install check valve (6) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 80 ± 8 N·m (60 ± 6 lb ft).

   2. Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 50 ± 10 N·m (37 ± 7 lb ft).
