- 将线束接头从柴油微粒滤清器 (DPF) 压差传感器 (2) 上断开。
- 将卡子 (4) 从软管组件 (6) 上拆下。 将卡子 (5) 从软管组件 (7) 上拆下。
- 将软管组件 (6) 和 (7) 从 DPF 压差传感器 (2) 上断开。
- 将螺栓 (3) 从 DPF 压差传感器 (2) 上拆下。
- 将 DPF 压差传感器 (2) 从支架 (1) 上拆下。
安装步骤

- 将 DPF 压差传感器 (2) 定位到支架 (1) 上。
- 安装螺栓 (3) ，并手动拧紧到 DPF 压差传感器 (2) 上。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 9 N·m (80 lb in)
- 将新的卡子 (4) 定位到软管组件 (6) 上。
- 将软管组件 (6) 和卡子 (4) 安装到 DPF 压差传感器 (2) 上。 牢固拧紧卡子 (4) 。
注: 不要过度拧紧卡子 (4) 。
- 将新的卡子 (5) 定位到软管组件 (7) 上。
- 将软管组件 (7) 和卡子 (5) 安装到 DPF 压差传感器 (2) 上。 牢固拧紧卡子 (5) 。
注: 不要过度拧紧卡子 (5) 。
- 将线束组件连接到 DPF 压差传感器 (2) 上。
End By: 当安装新的 DPF 压差传感器时，使用电子维修工具 (EST) 来执行 "DPF 压差传感器更换"步骤。
