E. 检查排气系统有无阻塞。

转至测试步骤 2。

结果:进气或排气系统存在损坏或故障迹象。

修理进气或排气系统。
   

2. 大气压力传感器

A. 拆下此传感器。

B. 除去传感器上的碎屑、湿气或冰。

C. 安装传感器。

D. 检查 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)上有无关于该传感器的现行诊断代码。 如果没有现行诊断代码,则可以使用该传感器。 大气压力的正确读数在
50 kPa (7.25 psi) 到
100 kPa (14.5 psi) 之间。

转至测试步骤 3。

3. 闪存文件

A. 确认已安装最新的闪存文件。 参考故障排除, "ECM 软件 - 安装"以了解相关信息。

4. 燃油质量

A. 寒冷天气会对燃油特性带来不利影响。 请参阅操作和保养手册,了解有关改善低温运作中燃油特性的信息。

5. 气门调整
