Buffer - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove the mounting bracket from the hammer. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, "Mounting Bracket - Remove and Install".
- Lift buffer (1) from accumulator (2).

- Clean all parts and inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Caterpillar parts for replacement.

End By:
- Install the mounting bracket. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly, "Mounting Bracket - Remove and Install".
