Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the engine electronic control module.

2. Remove the counterweight.

1. Drain the coolant.

2. Drain the engine oil.

3. Remove bolts (1) and bracket (2).

4. Disconnect hose assemblies (3).

5. Disconnect hose (6).

6. Remove bolts (8) and manifold (7).

7. Remove bolts (5) and engine oil cooler assembly (4).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the engine oil cooler in reverse order.

2. Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 22 N·m (195 lb in) in the sequence shown.

3. Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 22 N·m (195 lb in).
