Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the engine hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".

1. Drain the hydraulic oil tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

2. Remove bolts (1) and plate (2).

3. Remove bolts (6) and handrail (5). Remove bolts (3) and cover (4).

4. Remove bolts (7).

5. Remove bolts (9) and frame (8).

8. Disconnect hose assembly (13).

9. Disconnect hose assembly (14).

10. Disconnect harness assembly (15) and remove cable strap (16).

11. Remove bolts (17) and place filter assembly (18) to the side. Remove bolts (19) and place filter assembly (20) to the side.

12. Disconnect tube assembly (22) from hydraulic oil filter assembly (21).

13. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic oil filter assembly (21). The weight of hydraulic oil filter assembly (21) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb). Remove bolts (23) and (24). Remove hydraulic oil filter assembly (21).
