注: 所有履带托链轮的拆卸步骤完全相同。 接下来的步骤是拆卸其中一个履带托链轮。
- 松开张紧的履带组件。 慢慢松开履带调节器的安全阀 (1) 。 不要松开安全阀超过一圈。
注: 如果没有松开履带组件，前后转动履带，直到释放履带张力。

油脂和机油从安全阀中溢出可能导致人身伤亡。 处于高压下的油脂和机油从安全阀中溢出，可能渗透阀体。 不要通过安全阀来观察油脂是否溢出。 应通过履带或履带调节油缸查看履带是否松脱。 确保通风孔清洁，然后释放履带上的张紧力。 |
- 使用工具 (A) 起吊履带组件。 调整工具 (B) ，使履带组件和履带托链轮之间有足够的间隙。 拆下工具 (A) 。

- 使用工具 (C) 以松开螺栓 (1) 。

- 将适当的起吊设备固定到工具 (D) 上。 将工具 (D) 放置在履带托链轮 (2) 的下方，如图所示。 小心拆下履带托链轮 (2) 。 履带托链轮 (2) 的重量约为 57 kg (125 lb)。
