ECM Hour Increment Adjustment
The ECM Hour Increment Adjustment is a method of adjusting the ECM hour meter. This adjustment is made by incrementing the number of hours that are recorded in the ECM via the ET service tool.
The ECM Hour Increment Adjustment will allow a new replacement ECM to be installed on an engine. The ECM can be programmed in order to display the correct number of operating hours for that particular engine. The adjustment requires a factory level password.
