Start By:

Remove the stick. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Stick - Remove".

Note: For the removal of the lip seals and the sleeve bearings from the pin joint for the bucket control linkage, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket Linkage Bearings and Seals - Remove".

Remove lip seal (1) from the pin joint for the stick.

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove sleeve bearing (2) from the stick.

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 in order to remove the bearing and seal from the opposite side of the stick.

Remove lip seal (3) from the pin joint for the bucket.

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove sleeve bearing (4) from the pin joint for the bucket.

Repeat Steps 4 and 5 in order to remove the bearing and seal from the opposite side of the stick.
