Exhaust Manifold - Remove and Install

- 安装安装螺柱 (3) 。 拧紧安装螺柱 (3) 至扭矩 35 ± 5 N·m (26 ± 4 lb ft)。
- 如果发动机配备三件式排气歧管，将一薄层工具 (B) 涂敷在排气歧管 (2) 的阳性端。 将清洁的发动机机油涂抹在排气歧管 (2) 的阴性端内。 组装排气歧管 (2) ，然后去除接头上的多余密封胶。
- 安装新排气歧管密封垫。
- 将工具 (A) 涂抹到螺栓 (1) 的螺纹上。 将密封垫和排气歧管 (2) 定位到缸盖组件上。 安装锁和螺栓 (1) 。
- 按照数字顺序拧紧螺栓 (1) 至扭矩为 4 ± 1 N·m (35 ± 9 lb ft)。
