- 用垫块或适当的起吊设备支撑好发动机。
- 将工具 (A) 安装到飞轮上。 将适当的起吊设备固定到飞轮上。
- 拆下顶部螺栓 (1) 和垫圈。 安装工具 (B) 。 拆下其余的螺栓 (1) 和垫圈。

- 从工具 (B) 拆下飞轮 (2) 。 飞轮 (2) 的重量约为 23 kg (50 lb)。
- 检查飞轮齿圈。 如有必要，更换齿圈。 将飞轮放到木块上。 使用锤子和冲头来拆下飞轮齿圈。
