Cup Plug - Remove and Install
- Remove cup plug (1) from the coolant passage in the rear of the cylinder block using an appropriate driver inserted through from the front of the cylinder block.

- Ensure that the bore is clean and dry. Apply Tooling (B) to the bore end.
- Use Tooling (A) to install cup plug (1). Install cup plug (1) to a depth of
3.4 ± 1.8 mm (0.13 ± 0.07 inch) from the face of the cylinder block.Show/hide table
