Problem
Washer pump assembly for the window washer tank group may fail on the machines listed above.
The following part numbers may fail:
- 144-0195 Hose
- 416-0023 Washer Pump As
- 422-9674 Window Washer Tank Gp
- 422-9777 Window Washer Tank As
- 444-9544 Check Valve As
- 489-3838 Window Washer Tank Gp

Solution
In the event of failure, replace with the same part number.
Report through the CPI feedback tool in Service Information Management System (SIMSi) referencing CPI number 391656 to request the CPI Team to generate a "Send-It-Back" (SIB) request.
If a part return is needed, then a Parts Return Request (PRR) is generated in SIB and will be issued to your Dealer Code.
Submit the failed component along with the following information to (SIMSi).
- Photo's of the failure mode
- Hoses condition (pinched or clogged)
- Check valve direction (properly installed or not)
- Pump outlet condition (broken or not)
- If a leak is occurring, source of the leakage
