C3.3B Tier 4 Final Engines

The following steps show how to check the SCV current in Cat ET. Recommend using ET2016A or newer when performing this procedure.

1. Open Cat ET and select status screen.

2. Select Groups.

3. Select "New" under Select Group pop-up window.

4. Name the New custom group and select OK.

   Note: For this example the group will be named "SCV", but any custom name can be chosen.

5. Once the "Maintain Groups" window appears, scroll down under "Available Parameters" locate and select "Fuel Pump Suction Control Valve Current". Once selected click the arrow pointing right to add this parameter.

6. Once parameter has been added click OK.

   Note: Additional parameters can be added to this group if desired.

7. You will notice that the new custom group has been created under "Select Group". For this example I named the group "SCV".

8. Select the new group to view the parameters.
