Seat

Usage:

2570D D25
Put the hydraulic lockout control in the LOCKED position. For further details on this procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Operator Controls". Do this procedure before you adjust the seat and the console. To prevent any possibility of unexpected movement of the machine.

Adjust the seat at the beginning of each work period and adjust the seat when you change operators.

Always use the seat belt when you operate the machine. For further details on this procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Seat Belt".

The seat should be adjusted so that full pedal travel is allowed.

The operator can adjust the seat position forward or backward. Adjust seat position with button (1) on front of seat. The operator may also adjust the seat back tilt. Select the desired position to allow full pedal travel and full lever travel.

The seat and the consoles can also slide as one unit.

To move the seat, the left console, and the right console forward or backward as one unit, depress the button (1) and hold the button . Hold the seat in the desired position. Release the button to lock the seat, the left console, and the right console.

To adjust the seat back lumbar, move lever (2) and adjust the seat back to the desired firmness.

To adjust the seat lumbar, move lever (3) and adjust the seat to the desired firmness.

The seat adjustment controls (buttons) (4) allow for all other seat adjustments.

To adjust the angle or placement of the armrest, operate knobs. Knobs are on the side of each armrest. Place the left-hand armrest in the upright position when you exit the machine.

The height of the armrest can be adjusted. Loosen knob to adjust the height of the armrest. Move the armrest upward or move the armrest downward. Tighten knob when the armrest is in the desired position.

The operator can adjust the height of headrest (if equipped). To adjust the headrest, hold the headrest with both hands. Move the headrest up and down. Release the headrest when the desired position is attained. The headrest will remain in the desired position.
