Note: To connect the steering frame lock, the machine must be in the straight ahead position.
The steering frame lock is located in the right-hand engine compartment at the rear of the machine.
Connect the steering frame lock when the machine is being lifted and when the machine is being transported. Also connect the steering frame lock if you are performing service work near the articulation joint. Install the steering frame lock between the front frame and the rear frame.

To connect the steering frame lock, install pin (1) and secure pin (1) with locking pin.

Separate the steering frame lock before the machine is operated. Remove the pins and the locking pins. Store the pins and the locking pins in storage compartment.
