Canopy - Remove and Install

Removal Procedure

  1. Lower stack assembly (1).

  2. Open access door (2).

  3. Disconnect harness assembly (3). Harness assembly (3) is located behind the fuel fill neck.

  4. Remove cable straps (4) and reposition harness assembly (3).

  5. Remove cable straps (5).

  6. Remove harness assembly (3) from the tube frame.

  7. Disconnect connector (6) from the light.

  8. Remove cable straps (7) that secure harness assembly (3) to the frame.

  9. Disconnect connector (9) from the light.

  10. Remove cable straps (8) that secure harness assembly (3) to the frame. Reposition harness assembly (3) out of the way.

  11. Attach a suitable lifting device to canopy (10). The weight of canopy (10) is approximately 205 kg (452 lb).

  12. Remove the cotter key and pin assembly (11) from both sides of the machine.

  13. Remove the cotter key and pin assembly (12) from both sides of the machine.

  14. Remove canopy (3).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install canopy (3) in the reverse order of removal.
