LED Work Lights are Now Offered as Standard Equipment on Certain 797F Off-Highway Trucks {1429, 1434}

Usage:

797F LAJ

Off Highway Truck: 797F (S/N: LAJ1-UP; WSP1-UP)

Description Of Change: Improved work lighting is now a standard product option on certain 797F Off-Highway Trucks. The additional lights improve the lighted viewing area for the engine compartment and the transmission area of the machine.

Adaptable To: The LED works lights are adaptable to the following machines:

LAJ1-601
WSP1-129

The LED works lights are effective with the following machines:

LAJ602-UP
WSP130-UP

Refer to the "Installation Procedure" Section for instructions to install the work lights.

Prepare the machine for maintenance. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8417, "Prepare the Machine for Maintenance" for instructions to prepare the machine for maintenance.

Secure bracket (2) to the left-hand inside frame by using the existing hardware.

Secure flood lamp group (1) to bracket (2) by using the hardware from flood lamp group (1).

Connect the flood lamp to the existing harness assembly.

Secure bracket (2) to the left-hand side of the frame by using the existing hardware.

Secure flood lamp group (1) to bracket (2) by bolt (3), hard washer (4), nut (5), and cable tie mounting (6).

Connect the flood lamp to the existing harness assembly. Secure the harness assembly with cable strap (7).

Secure bracket (2) to the right-hand side of the frame by using the existing hardware.
Secure flood lamp group (1) to bracket (2) by bolt (3), hard washer (4), nut (5), and cable tie mounting (6).
Connect the flood lamp to the existing harness assembly. Secure the harness assembly with cable strap (7).
