尽可能接近推荐的取样间隔期进行冷却液的取样。 为了获得最佳的 S·O·S 分析效果，必须建立前后一致的数据趋势。 为建立适当的数据历史，必须以均匀的间隔进行一致的机油取样。 从 Caterpillar 代理商处获得采样所需的器具。
请遵循下列指南，对冷却液进行正确的取样：
- 开始采样前，填写采样瓶标贴上的事项。
- 将未用过的取样瓶保存在塑料袋中。
- 从冷却液取样口直接获得冷却液液样。 不要从其它地方取样。
- 直到开始取样时，再取下空取样瓶的瓶盖。
- 为防止杂质污染，取样后应立即将样品装入邮寄管中。
- 切勿从膨胀瓶中取样。
- 切勿从系统的排放口取样。
提交样本进行 1 级分析。
