Hydraulic System (Crane) Oil Level - Check - If Equipped

Hot oil and hot components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or hot components to contact skin. |
- Check the oil level while the pump is stopped. Do not check the oil level while the pump is running.
- Remove oil level dipstick (1). Wipe the oil off the dipstick and reinsert the dipstick.
- Remove the dipstick and check the dipstick. The oil level should be at the FULL mark.
- If the oil level is low add oil. See Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities"
- Install oil level dipstick (1).
