- Ellenőrizze, nincs-e szivárgás a lánctámasztó görgőknél, a láncmeghajtó kerekeknél és a láncvezető kerekeknél.
- Ellenőrizze a lánctalp, a láncmeghajtó kerekek, a lánctámasztó görgők, a láncvezető kerekek, a láncszemek és a lánchajtó kerekek felületét. Szemrevételezéssel ellenőrizze, nem láthatók-e kopásra utaló jelek, és nincsenek-e kilazult rögzítőcsavarok.
- Nyílt terepen, lassan haladva ellenőrizze, hogy a gép nem ad-e ki szokatlan zajokat.
- Ha rendellenes kopást, zajt, vagy szivárgást észlel, forduljon a Caterpillar forgalmazóhoz.
