Piston Pump (Charge) - Remove and Install

Usage:

PL72 P72

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Release system pressure.

  2. Remove the platform.

  3. Remove the pump drive coupling.

  1. Drain the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedure.

  2. Disconnect hose assemblies (1), (2), and (5). Remove hose assembly (3) and bolt (4).

  3. Position the hose assemblies out of the way.

  4. Disconnect hose assemblies (5) and (6).

  5. Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (charge) (8). The weight of piston pump (charge) (8) is approximately 45 kg (99 lb).

  6. Remove bolts (7) and piston pump (charge) (8).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install piston pump (charge) (8) in the reverse order of removal.
