Reman 0R-4827 Torque Converter and Housing Gp, 0R-9860 Torque Converter Ar, and 10R-0897 Torque Converter Ar are supplied with the 8E-8427 Torque Converter Priority Valve. Some 834, 836, and 988 Wheel Loaders require this valve to be replaced with the 229-8122 Tee for compatibility. Failure to replace this valve will result in performance issues. Refer to Table 1 for machine-specific requirements.

Replace the 8E-8427 Torque Converter Priority Valve with a 229-8122 Tee. Refer to Table 1.
