The torque converter fill location and the torque converter check location are now on the right side of the hood assembly. Both are near steering hydraulic tank (2). The torque converter fill location and the torque converter check location are accessed through cover assembly (1) that is part of a new hood assembly. Formerly, the fill tube was on top of the hydraulic tank. Sight glasses for the fluid level were on the torque converter. The new configuration for the torque converter fill and check will improve serviceability of the torque converter.
Adaptable To: The new 454-5399 Power Train Oil Lines Gp supersedes the former 309-1346 Power Train Oil Lines Gp. Both power train oil lines groups were part of the 349-4812 Hydraulic Ar and the 309-1363 Hydraulic Ar.
The new 462-0281 Hood As replaces the former 375-0322 Hood As in the 310-8080 Truck Hood Gp .
The new 454-5399 Power Train Oil Lines Gp and the new 462-0281 Hood As are adaptable to the following machines: RDR1-311, TNM1-818, T5A1-119, T4Y1-200, and GT71-172
The new 454-5399 Power Train Oil Lines Gp and the new 462-0281 Hood As became effective in production with the following machines: RDR312-UP, TNM819-UP, T5A120-UP, T4Y201-UP, and GT7173-UP
