Description of Change: The retainer on the wheel and final drive arrangement has an improved design. The improved design will prevent leaks and provide a longer service life for the duo cone seal. The improved design addresses the following issues:
- Inner and Outer Seal Gaps
- Radial Tolerance Stack
- Axial Tolerance Stack
- Duo Cone seal
- Hoist Ramp Software

Replace the existing 153-0196 Seal Retainer with the new 396-3974 Seal Retainer (1). The seal retainer update is adaptable and effective in production with the machines that are listed in Table 1.
