Note: The relief valve must be removed in two sections in order to gain access to the mounting bolts.
- Remove bolts (3) in order to remove valve body (4) from valve body (5) .

- Remove O-ring seals (6), O-ring seal (7), valves (8), springs (9), stops (10), shims (11), stems (12), and orifice (13) from valve body (4) .

- Use Tooling (D) and a suitable press in order to compress the springs. Use Tooling (B) in order to remove retaining ring (42). Release the compression slowly and remove Tooling (D) .
- Remove retainer (43), spring (44), spring (45), and spring (46) .

- Remove plug (80) and O-ring seal (81). Remove spring (82). Remove bearing sleeve (83) and poppet (84). Repeat this step for the remaining plug (85) .

- Use Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device in order to turn over valve assembly (86). The weight of valve assembly (86) is approximately 141 kg (310 lb). Remove bolts (87) and bolts (88) in order to remove manifold assembly (89). The weight of manifold assembly (89) is approximately 55 kg (121 lb).
