从制动器/风扇组合阀 (8) 向机具控制阀供应先导油。 制动器/风扇组合阀中的减压阀调节提供给机具控制阀的先导油。 先导油经过机具阀中的先导回路,然后流至负载感应回路。

在先导回路中,先导油经过单向阀 (9) 流至先导蓄能器 (26) 和先导液压锁定阀 (10)。

先导液压锁定阀 (10) 由机具锁定开关通过机具 ECM 进行控制。 当机具锁定开关处于断开位置时,机具 ECM 断开机具锁定电磁阀的电源。 先导油随后在机具锁定电磁阀处被阻断。 当机具锁定开关处于接通位置时,机具 ECM 接通机具锁定电磁阀的电源。 先导油流过机具锁定电磁阀流至以下位置:

  • 后倾先导电磁阀 (11)。

  • 倾斜滑阀 (5)。

  • 提升先导电磁阀 (12)。

  • 提升滑阀 (6)。

  • 行驶控制装置电磁阀 (13)。

  • 降下先导电磁阀 (14)。

  • 卸载先导电磁阀 (15)。

  • 辅助先导电磁阀 (16)。

在负载信号回路中,来自制动器控制阀的先导油经过单向阀 (17) 流至以下位置:

  • 机具泵补偿器阀 (18)。

  • 负载感应安全/排放阀 (19)。

  • 辅助压力补偿器阀 (20)。

  • 补偿安全阀 (4)。

  • 倾斜压力补偿器阀 (21)。

  • 提升压力补偿器阀 (22)。

补偿安全阀在负载感应信号和 3,450 ± 250 kPa (500 ± 36 psi) 的泵供应之间保持一定的压差。 补偿安全阀保持最小的低压备用压力。

负载感应安全/排放阀执行以下两个功能:

  • 限制输送至机具泵的最大负载信号压力

  • 允许负载信号回路中恒量净化。
