PROBLEM

Engine oil pump housings have oversized bushing bores resulting in insufficient press fit of the shaft bushing on certain 3512, 3512B, 3512C, 3516, 3516B, 3516C, G3512B, G3516B, G3516C, G3516H, G3520B, G3520C, G3520E Generator Sets, and PM3516 Power Modules.

If the shaft bushing pushes out of the housing the engine will experience a sudden loss of oil pressure.
