Description of Change: The brake oil cooler lines group is improved with new tube assemblies and new brackets. The improved lines group will provide adequate clearance between components and eliminate any interferences, and improves the service life of the components.

Adaptable To: For the complete list of parts and procedure to update the 309-1632 Brake Oil Cooler Lines Gp with new parts, refer to Special Instruction, REHS8540, "Procedure to Rework the Brake Oil Cooling Tube on Certain 770G and 772G Off-Highway Trucks".

The special instruction can be found on the Caterpillar service information system (SIS) and through the normal literature distribution system at your local Cat dealer.

The improved 309-1632 Brake Oil Cooler Lines Gp is adaptable to machines ECM1-223, LTS1-315 and effective in production with machines ECM224-UP, LTS316-UP.
