New Start Switch Assembly Is Now Used on the 770G and 772G Off-Highway Trucks {1408, 1416, 7301}

Usage:

770G ECM

Off-Highway Truck/Tractor: 770G (S/N: ECM1-UP) 772G (S/N: LTS1-UP)

Description of Change: The improved 4-way start switch assembly has implemented a forced engine shutdown feature apart from regular key switch.

In 4-way start switch assembly the customer can choose either option, disabled or enabled by using Cat Electronic Technician (ET) tool. Customers are encouraged to use this function since this option will extend turbo life in cases of hot shutdown.

The new 369-4095 Start Switch As (2) replaces the former 369-4097 Start Switch As in the 365-3758 Start Switch Gp .

The new 345-0351 Film (1) and 369-4095 Start Switch As (2) are not adaptable to the machines ECM153-176 and LTS250-267.

The new 345-0351 Film (1) and 369-4095 Start Switch As (2) are effective in production with the machines ECM177-UP and LTS268-UP.
