Usage:
1. Drill forty-four 8.7 ± 0.8 Ø (.344 ± .03"Ø) holes (A) in the base at the locations shown. Drill two 5.16Ø (.203"Ø) holes (B) at the locations shown. Put 1/4-20-2B threads in two holes (B).
2. For 5N7376 and 5N7377 Enclosure Groups only, install guard (1). Install end base (2) and end base (3) loosely on the engine base with four plates (4). Loosely install four lower side panels (5). Fasten center panels (6) and (7) loosely to the base with plates (8). Install support (9). Install posts (10) and (11), frames (12) and (13) and braces (14) on grills (15) and (16) to make the end assemblies. Loosely fasten the end assemblies to end base (3) and end base (2).
3. For 5N7375 Enclosure Groups only, install base assembly (3) loosely on the base with two plates (4). Loosely install four lower side panels (5). Fasten center panels (6) and (7) loosely to the base with plates (8). Install support (9). Install posts (10) and (11), frames (12) and (13) and braces (14) on grill (15) to make the end assembly. Loosely fasten the end assembly to base assembly (3). Install radiator top assembly (17), braces (14) and post assemblies (18) and (19) loosely on the engine base next to the radiator.
4. For 5N7376 and 5N7377 Enclosure Groups only, put top panels (20), (21), (22) and (23) in position. Loosely fasten the top panels together and to support (9), center panels (6) and (7), and end assemblies (24) and (25). Install latches (26) and door (27). Install baffles (28) on the end assembly next to the radiator. Install doors (29) and (30). Tighten the bolts in the following sequence: 1) top panel to top panel, 2) top panels to support and center panels, 3) top panels to end assemblies, 4) end assemblies to end bases, and 5) end bases, lower side panels and center panels to the engine base. Make sure all doors open and close without interference. Install 6N5842 Films at locations (C) and 8S8974 Films at locations (D).
5. For 5N7375 Enclosure Groups only, put top panels (20), (21), (22) and (23) in position. Loosely fasten the top panels together and to support (9), center panels (6) and (7), end assembly (24) and radiator end assembly (31). Install latches (26) and door (27). Install doors (29) and (30). Tighten the bolts in the following sequence: 1) top panel to top panel, 2) top panels to support and center panels, 3) top panels to end assembly and radiator end assembly, 4) end assembly to end base, 5) radiator end assembly to lower side panels and engine base, 6) end base, lower side panels and center panels to engine base. Make sure all doors open and close without interference. Install 6N5842 Films at locations (C) and 8S8974 Film at location (D).
