Usage:
The 2P8774 Block assembly and a 6N7725 Hardware Kit are needed for service of 3304 Engines. The 2P8776 Block Assembly and a 6N7727 Hardware Kit are needed for sevice of 3306 Engines. Use the procedure that follows to asssemble the block to the correct engine arragement.
3304
(1) On D4D and 941B Machines, install 7M4593 Plugs at holes (A). On all other machines and engines, install 2S1541 Orifices at holes (A) with orifice installation tool (1).
3306
(1) On D5 (except D5 Special Application) and 561C, install 7M4593 Plugs (1). On all other machines and engines, install 2S1541 Orifices (2) with the orifice installation tool. On 814, 815, 816, 966C and 980B, install 1S1768 Sleeve (3) and 4L3395 Dowels (4) as shown. On all other machines and engines, install 4B3938 Plug (5) and 2A3798 Dowels (6).
