Dry Lubricant Recommended For Use On Door Linkages, Door Seals, And Window Latches {7308}

Wet lubricants attract air borne grit and may cause cab door linkages and latches to have high operational efforts. A dry lubricant, either 1U-8268 Lubricant (Aerosol) or 9U-6331 Lubricant (16 oz. pump bottle) should be used for cab door linkages, door rubber seals, and window latches to maintain ease of operation, especially in winter conditions to improve resistance to freeze up. An alternative lubricant for cab door linkages, door rubber seals, and window latches is a locally obtained clear silicone aerosol type spray.
