Conveyor Drive Chain (Drag) - Check and Adjust

注: 配有 AS3173 熨平板的机器重量约为 7400 kg (16,314 lb)。

柴油发动机的排气含有可伤害人体的燃烧产物。 必须要在通风良好的地方起动发动机，如果在密闭的地方起动，就要把排气通到外面。 |
- 把机器开到平整水平的路面。
- 将行走操纵杆 (4) 移至空档位置。

- 将速度旋钮 (2) 转到最小位置。
- 将驱动选择开关 (3) 移到待机位置。
- 将行驶模式开关 (1) 移到摊铺位置。
- 将熨平板提升开关 (5) 移到 RAISE（上升）位置。 完全提升熨平板。

- 接合机器两侧的熨平板锁止机构 (6) 。

- 将熨平板提升开关 (5) 移到 FLOAT（浮动）位置。
- 熨平板落在熨平板锁机构上后，将熨平板提升开关 (5) 移到 HOLD（保持）位置。
- 将油门杆 (7) 移到低怠速位置。

- 将停车制动器开关 (8) 移到接通位置。
- 将发动机起动开关 (9) 移到断开位置。
- 使用适当的起吊设备提升机器。 本测试要求对机器进行充分支撑。 两个后轮必须离地至少 152 mm (6 in)。
- 拆下三个螺栓 (12) 和垫圈后拆下盖 (13) 。

- 拆下一个螺栓 (11) 和垫圈后拆下盖 (10) 。
- 拆下两个螺栓 (15) 和垫圈后拆下盖 (14) 。
- 测量链条的挠度。 链条中点的挠度应小于 15 ± 2 mm (0.6 ± 0.08 in)。

- 如果挠度超出指定范围，则转到步骤 19。 如果挠度在指定范围内，则转到步骤 20。
- 采用以下步骤来调整链条张力：
- 拧松四个调整板螺母 (16) ，但不拆下。
- 松开锁紧螺母 (17) 。

- 顺时针转动调整螺母 (18) 以拧紧传动链。
- 逆时针转动调整螺母 (18) 以拧松传动链。
- 固定调整螺母 (18) 。
- 拧紧锁紧螺母 (17) 。
- 拧紧四个调整板螺母 (16) 。
- 进行第 17 步。

- 放置盖 (10) ，安装一个螺栓 (11) 和垫圈。
- 放置盖 (13) ，安装三个螺栓 (12) 和垫圈。
- 使用适当的起吊设备将机器降到地面。
