Gear Pump and Gear Motor Flow (Conveyor Speed) - Test

Usage:

AP-300D TEN
注: 齿轮泵流量测试测量液压油流速,以确定马达是否在设计参数内操作。 以下测试测量刮板输送机的速度。 需要一位操作员和一位助手执行该测试。

必须要在通风良好的地方起动发动机,如果在密闭的地方起动,就要把排气通到外面。

旋转和运动的部件会造成人身伤害。 应避开所有旋转和运动的部件。

机器移动或发动机运转时决不能试图进行部件的调整工作,除非另有规定。

机器必须停在水平地面上,且发动机停止运转。

维修、修理或调整机器前,在起动开关和控制装置上要贴上"禁止操作"或类似的警告标签。

机器突然动作,会导致人员伤亡。

机器突然移动,会对机上或机器近处的人员造成伤害。

为避免伤亡事故,开动机器之前,确保机器周围无人及没有各种障碍物。

  1. 把机器开到平整水平的路面。

  1. 将行走操纵杆 (4) 移至空档位置。

  1. 将速度旋钮 (2) 转到最小位置。

  1. 将驱动选择开关 (3) 移到待机位置。

  1. 将行驶模式开关 (1) 移到摊铺位置。

  1. 将熨平板提升开关 (5) 移到下降位置。 降低熨平板。

  1. 将油门杆 (6) 移到低怠速位置。

  1. 将停车制动器开关 (7) 移到接通位置。

  1. 将发动机起动开关 (8) 移到断开位置。

  1. 将标记 (9) 放置到条板式输送机 (10) 。

  1. 将发动机起动开关 (8) 移到 START(起动)位置。 发动机起动后松开开关。

  1. 按下电气控制主开关 (11) 。

  1. 将油门杆 (6) 移到高怠速位置。

  1. 使用工具 (D) 监控液压油温。 油温达到 40 ± 10 °C (104 ± 18 °F) 后运行机器。

  1. 将右输送机开关 (12) 移到手动位置。

  1. 使用工具 (A) 确定标记条板完成整转所需的时间。 重复测量以确定所需平均时间。 所需时间应为 12 ± .2 秒。

  1. 将右输送机开关 (12) 移到 OFF(断开)位置。

  1. 将油门杆 (6) 移到低怠速位置。

  1. 将发动机起动开关 (8) 移到断开位置。

注: 如果时间不在规定范围内,对液压泵进行故障诊断与排除。
