- 把机器开到平整水平的路面。
- 将行走操纵杆 (4) 移至空档位置。

- 将驱动选择开关 (3) 移到待机位置。
- 将行驶模式开关 (1) 移到摊铺位置。
- 将熨平板提升开关 (5) 移到下降位置。 降低熨平板。

- 将停车制动器开关 (7) 移到接通位置。
- 将发动机起动开关 (8) 移到断开位置。
- 将标记 (9) 放置到条板式输送机 (10) 。

- 将发动机起动开关 (8) 移到 START（起动）位置。 发动机起动后松开开关。
- 按下电气控制主开关 (11) 。

- 将油门杆 (6) 移到高怠速位置。
- 使用工具 (D) 监控液压油温。 油温达到 40 ± 10 °C (104 ± 18 °F) 后运行机器。
- 将右输送机开关 (12) 移到手动位置。

- 使用工具 (A) 确定标记条板完成整转所需的时间。 重复测量以确定所需平均时间。 所需时间应为 12 ± .2 秒。
- 将右输送机开关 (12) 移到 OFF（断开）位置。
- 将油门杆 (6) 移到低怠速位置。
- 将发动机起动开关 (8) 移到断开位置。
注: 如果时间不在规定范围内，对液压泵进行故障诊断与排除。
