滚热的油或液压油的压力会对人员造成伤害。 发动机停机之后，液压油的压力仍会保留在液压系统里。 对液压系统进行维修之前，如果不事先释放压力，可能会造成严重伤害。 拆卸任何部件或管路之前，必须先把附件降到地面上，让机油先冷却。只能在发动机停机，并且加注口盖冷却到可以用徒手触摸时才能卸下加注口盖. |

在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时，务必留心，确保液体盛装在容器中。 在打开任何腔室或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好用合适的容器收集液体。 有关适合收集和盛接卡特彼勒产品上液体的工具及用品，参考专门出版物, NENG2500, "卡特彼勒工具和修理车间设备指南"。 按照当地法规和指令处置所有液体。 |
注: 为便于安装，在所有管路、软管、导线和管子上做出识别标记。
- 起动机器。 升起熨平板 (1) 。 在熨平板 (1) 的下方放置一个托盘叉。 将熨平板 (1) 降到托盘叉上。 调节牵引点，使熨平板 (1) 坐平到托盘叉上。

- 关闭发动机，并将蓄电池断路开关转到断开位置。
- 将蓄电池断路开关转到断开位置。
- 将两个螺母 (2) 、四个垫圈和两个螺栓从机器两侧拆下。

- 从机器两侧断开线束组件 (3) 。

- 将开口销键、垫圈和液压油缸 (4) 从机器两侧拆下。

- 将线束组件 (5) 从熨平板加热控制箱上断开。

- 打开右侧检修门。 断开线束组件 (6) 。

- 拆下螺栓、板、卡箍和线束组件 (6) 。

- 将软管组件 (7) 从阀体上断开。

- 拆下螺栓和支撑杆 (8) 。
- 拆下熨平板 (1) 。
安装步骤
- 按与拆卸步骤相反的顺序安装熨平板 (1) 。
