New NEXG4516 Marine/Industrial Service Program Module(SPM) Available {1900,0782}
Usage:
The new NEXG4516 Marine/Industrial SPM is available as a subscription through the Caterpillar Literature System. This SPM is required to set up, monitor, and service 3408 and 3412 Electronically Controlled Marine and Industrial Engines. The new SPM is used with the 8T8697 Electronic Control Analyzer Programmer (ECAP) and 8T5275 "T"-Harness Cable. The ECAP has been available for several years to use on electronically controlled highway truck engines. This is the first use of the ECAP with industrial and marine engines. Special Instruction, SEHS9199, "Using the ECAP NEXG4516 Marine/Industrial SPM" comes with each SPM. The special instruction provides complete installation and operating instructions.
