    Description of Change: The new valve lifter is assembled with a procedure that uses temperature control to produce an improved fit for the roller pin. In addition, a pin staking process has been implemented in order to enhance the robustness of the lifter.

    The new valve lifter assembly is adaptable to the above engines back to first production.

    The new valve lifter assembly is effective with engines built beginning 03October 2012.
