- 确保喷油泵齿轮清洁且无磨损损坏。 如有必要，更换燃油泵齿轮。 确保喷油泵轴清洁且无磨损损坏。
- 将新的 O 形密封圈 (5) 定位到喷油泵 (7) 上。

- 将适配器板 (4) 定位到喷油泵 (7) 上。
- 安装新 Torx 螺钉 (8) 和垫圈。
- 使用工具 (B) 拧紧 Torx 螺钉 (8) 至扭矩为 22 N·m (195 lb in)。
- 将键 (6) 安装到喷油泵 (7) 的轴上。
- 将齿轮 (3) 定位到喷油泵 (7) 的轴上。
- 将新垫圈 (2) 安装到喷油泵的轴上。 安装螺母 (1) 并用手拧紧。
- 使用适当的工具，防止喷油泵齿轮 (3) 旋转。
注: 不要使用正时销喷油，以防喷油泵齿轮旋转。
- 拧紧螺母 (1) 至扭矩 64 N·m (47 lb ft)。
