1. Drain the coolant from the aftercooler into a suitable container for storage or disposal.

2. Remove elbows (3) and pipes (5).

3. Remove fuel line brackets (2).

4. Remove bolts (4).

5. Remove aftercooler housing (1).

6. Remove elbows (8).

7. Remove adapters (6) and adapters (7) from the aftercooler core.

8. Remove bolts (9).

9. Move aftercooler core (10) toward the front of the engine and remove.

NOTE: Prior to installation, check all O-ring seals for damage or wear and replace if necessary. Coat the seals with clean engine oil.

NOTE: For installation of the Aftercooler, reverse the removal steps.
