Start By:

a. remove oil filter base

1. Remove two bolts (4).

2. Remove elbow (1).

3. Remove bypass tubes (6).

4. Remove the bolts that hold body (2) and elbow (5).

5. Remove body (2), tube (3) and elbow (5).

6. Disconnect line (8). Cap and plug immediately.

7. Remove bonnet (9), gasket and spacer (7).

8. Remove oil cooler (10).

NOTE: Prior to installation, check all the O-ring seals for damage or wear and replace if necessary. Cost all the seals with clean engine oil.

NOTE: For installation of the oil cooler and cooler lines, reverse the removal steps.

9. Check the engine oil for the correct level.
