Remove Oil Bypass Valves (Marine Engine)

1. Remove cover (1). Remove the filter bypass valve from location (2).

2. Remove cover (3). Remove the cooler bypass valve from location (4).

Install Oil Bypass Valves (Marine Engine)

1. Install plunger (1) and spring (2) for the cooler bypass valve. Install the cover, bolt and clamp (5).

2. Install plunger (4) and spring (3) for the filter bypas valve. Install the cover for the filter bypass valve.
