View of the oil filters on the hydraulic tank (1) Pressure switch (case drain hydraulic filter) (2) Pressure switch (hydraulic fan and steering oil filter) |
Pressure switch (1) is located on the case drain hydraulic filter. Pressure switch (2) is located on the filter for the hydraulic fan and steering oil.
The low oil pressure switch for the steering pump will warn the operator when the pressure in the steering system drops. The warning indicates the pressure is below the deactuation pressure of the pressure switch. The high oil pressure switch for the steering accumulators will warn the operator when the pressure in the steering system is below the deactuation pressure of the switch.
Note: Both of the warnings that are generated by these pressure switches are Warning Category 3. The action alarm will sound and the alert indicators will flash.
Note: A warning will only be displayed if the ground speed is above 8 km/h (5 mph).
