调节阀(变矩器锁定离合器)

变矩器锁定离合器 (1) 的调节阀安装在变矩器壳体后部。

该调节阀是底盘电子控制模块(ECM)的输出。 变矩器锁定离合器的调节阀为比例电磁阀。 该调节阀由底盘 ECM 用来直接调节输送至变矩器锁定离合器的机油压力。 当操作员选择方向或速度时,底盘 ECM 将通过发送脉宽调制(PWM)信号来改变离合器电磁阀的电流。 电磁阀柱塞(阀)的行程距离和电磁阀的电流成比例。 电磁阀柱塞(阀)的位置控制选定离合器的油压。 由输送至调节阀的电流量调节供给选定离合器的油压大小。 当底盘 ECM 输送最大电流到调节阀时,离合器内的油压达到最大。 当未向调节阀输送电流时,离合器内的油压达到最低。

调节阀有一个带有两个触点的接头。 一个触点接收来自底盘 ECM 的相应接头触点的电源。 所有调节阀的另一个触点都连接在一起。 触点将电源返回至底盘 ECM 的接头触点。

注: 电磁阀线圈不宜直接在 24 DCV 下工作。 底盘 ECM 在提供约 12 V 平均电压的工作循环下向电磁阀线圈发送一个 24 V PWM 信号。 请勿使用 24 DCV(蓄电池正极)为电磁阀线圈通电。 如果电磁阀线圈在 24 DCV(蓄电池正极)下通电,电磁线圈的寿命将严重缩短。 如果电磁阀线圈必需在底盘 ECM 所供不同电源下通电,请使用 12 DCV 接通电磁阀线圈。
